At saya, we are dedicated to delivering impactful programs to a growing number of youth each year fueled by the commitment of our volunteers, supporters, partners, and leadership.

Over the course of our history, saya has broken down the “model minority” myth, and paved the way for greater attention and investments in social services for the south asian population. Established in 2014, the saya scholarship fund is a need based, individual donor supported initiative dedicated to helping new york city’s south asian youth mitigate the costs of attending college. Young people also learn valuable skills such as personal finance and negotiation, to help them continue to grow their independence throughout their time at saya, in college, and beyond.
